01-21-2005   Parsons E&C Pays Tribute to LandCoast Superintendent
LandCoast performed insulation requirements for Parsons E&C on the recently completed Carpenter P6 project. Parsons E&C construction staff voted Sergio Franco, LandCoast Superintendent, as the best subcontract supervisor on the project. In a letter to LandCoast from Bill Rowland, Parsons E&C Principal Project Manager and Terry Poling, Construction Manager, Mr. Rowland said, I would like to make sure LandCoast management is aware of the outstanding job that Sergio Franco did for the project. He took care of business to maintain his schedule as well as the overall schedule of the project. He knew what had to be done and did it. Many people are very quick to point out the short-comings of individuals, but never say anything when they do well. I would like to convey to you that Construction and myself were pleased to have such a capable individual as Sergio Franco on the project. Thanks to Sergio Franco and LandCoast for a job well done.
