Since the incorporation of LandCoast in 1974, our scope of services has grown beyond that of an industrial insulation contractor. Services now include a full range of specialty activities including Fireproofing, Insulation, Industrial Coatings, Painting, Refractory and Scaffolding. The client base includes projects for industrial, marine and commercial firms.

Contracts range in size from less than one thousand to over fifteen million dollars. Contract types are lump sum, unit price and cost plus. The full suite of Timberline computer modules along with our proprietary software application, RealTimeCosting™, provides project and financial controls.

The management team maintains a hands-on approach and promotes a corporate philosophy that emphasizes continuous cross training and empowerment of employees. The capability to staff projects and to retain supervisory and craft employees emphasizes the success of this management approach.

Response to client needs and rapid mobilization are large contributors to project success. Company owned equipment, scaffolding, trailers, fabrication shops and transportation fleet provide a degree of flexibility and control not hampered by the need for outside rentals.

The company performs work throughout the United States and has operations in Puerto Rico, Panama, the U. S. Virgin Islands and other Caribbean locations.
