Seated L to R: Tom Mohan, Houston Contracts Dept. Manager and Michael Morton, CEO, LandCoast Standing L to R: Michael A Miller, Contracts Management and Dan Anderson, Business Development Manager, LandCoast
LandCoast is a premier contractor for insulation and related scopes (fireproofing, coatings, refractory, abatement, etc.) serving in both open-shop and discrete union environments. One of the top performing contractors for Fluor over the years, LandCoast services most clients and industries served by the Fluor, including Oil, Gas, Refining, Power, Upstream, Downstream, and Chemicals. With multiple offices in the US, LandCoast can support projects throughout North America and Caribbean. CSRAs are relationship based agreements that provide benefits to our Clients, Contractors and Fluor. The agreements are based on multiple key factors including: Safety, Quality, Execution Excellence, Commercial Performance, and Past History. Research on performance history strongly indicates that when using a subcontractor who has an established relationship with Fluor, performance in these critical areas is enhanced. Furthermore, contract growth is usually below the norm and disputes are drastically reduced. The concept of using a CSRA contractor is to expand the relationship to further enhance project performance, by raising the level of focus on the relationship within Fluor and the Subcontractor organization, and establishing mutually beneficial long term objectives.
